Bryan Cash is a Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist. Bryan also works for the Denver Fire Department as a full-time firefighter and EMT. In his early twenties, Bryan worked for the United States Forest Service in Montana. From 2003-2008 he worked as a full-time firefighter for the Vail Fire Department. In 2008 Bryan competed in toughest competitor alive (TCA) in the Police and Fire games where he took 1st place in bench press and 2nd place in the pull-up sections. Also, in the Scott Firefighter Combat Challenge, Bryan competed at the individual level and tandem, qualifying for worlds, where he competed in Las Vegas in the World Championships!
Bryan is happily married to his wife Jamie Cash and father to 3 amazing girls.When Bryan is not at the fire-house, the gym, or at Max Muscle, he is investing time for charity and community outreach projects. He has been involved in the Denver Marathon to support and raise funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association
As the franchisee of the Max Muscle Store in Lone Tree & Centennial, Bryan seeks the challenge of business ownership, opportunities to increase involvement of community outreach and charity events, promote a healthy lifestyle, educate consumers about Max Muscle products and nutrition, help others achieve their fitness goals and continue to promote a lifelong interest for fitness as a lifestyle.
I had done different diets, training programs and was looking for something that was more of a lifestyle and not overly restrictive.
I met with Bryan and discussed my fitness and health goals, current habits - good and bad, and started on a health journey to complete a triathlon at the end of the summer.
What I really enjoyed about the program was the flexibility and variety of strategies to achieve my goals; we would tweak the program as needed, he helped with ideas to stay on track where I would have a challenging schedule while traveling, fueling for workouts or races, and creating a unique training plan.
Not only was I able to lose fat and gain muscle throughout the program, I also learned a lot about nutrition and supplements. I grew stronger and felt healthier, I PR’d a 5 mile race and was able to complete a triathlon! I would highly recommend the program!

Earlier this year Joanna had a surgery and was out of the gym for a few months. The Max Muscle Nutrition Program helped get her back on track, and achieve her goals before her wedding.
Hunter wanted to get in shape before the wedding as well but has also decided to make an attempt to join the fire services. Bryan has put together a program that has helped him train for the journey ahead.
